You'll receive a unique tracking ID once your vehicle is loaded.

• Priority loading and express delivery (2-3 days)
• Dedicated support manager assigned to your shipment

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time before the vehicle is picked up. Simply contact our customer support team, and they'll help you upgrade to a higher plan. The price difference will be calculated, and you'll receive an updated invoice.

Note: Downgrades are only available within 24 hours of booking and may be subject to a small processing fee.

Our insurance coverage protects your vehicle during transport:

• Basic Plan: Coverage up to ₹50,000 for damage or loss
• Standard Plan: Coverage up to ₹2,00,000 with comprehensive protection
• Premium Plan: Coverage up to ₹10,00,000 with zero-deductible policy

All plans include third-party liability coverage. You can also purchase additional insurance if your vehicle's value exceeds the plan limits.

We offer two pricing tiers based on distance:

• Local (Under 500km): Lower base rates for shorter distances within the same region
• Interstate (500km+): Optimized rates for long-distance transport with volume discounts. Save up to 15% compared to local per-km rates!
